XXXII SEMINAR OF ERGONOMICS

   For over 30 years, our conference has changed in many ways. The changes concerned both the place and the frequency of meetings. However, it has always had an intimate character, because the number of participants rarely exceeded 100 people. This has always created an opportunity for a direct exchange of experiences between the participants of our conference.

   When organizing International Ergonomics Seminars, we try to deal with various areas of ergonomics, although we always choose a leading topic. Initially, these were topics related to teaching ergonomics, work protection and work safety. However, the dynamic development of many fields of science and a number of industries in the economy, administration and education has posed and continues to pose new challenges for ergonomics, which also had a key impact on the issues discussed at our conference.
   The main topic of the upcoming XXXII Seminar will be "Ergonomics: evolution of challenges & solutions".
   We hope that the proposed topics will allow us to expand the ergonomics issues discussed in the past. However, we want to emphasize that the leading topic does not limit the topics of papers and discussions, because they are shaped by our participants.

   This year, we invite you to Poznan. Our sessions will be held in the building of the Faculty of Management Engineering at the Poznan University of Technology.
